Emmie and Will’s wedding day is one that is crystal clear in my memory. The sun, strong and warm. The breeze, lingering through the fields of Les Bourgeois Vineyard. The way Will’s face lit up seeing Emmie for the first time on the patio of Mount Nebo Cottage.

It was clear from the moment I saw them together that Emmie and Will were sweet, loving and fit into each other perfectly. They reminded me of one of my favorite quotes.

On the bluff, overlooking the expanse of the Missouri River and surrounded by an intimate group of friends and family, Emmie and Will promised these things to one another. While the sun shone bright in Emmie’s eyes, it didn’t seem to matter. All she could see was Will.

The day began at the gorgeous Mount Nebo Cottage, where Emmie and her friends got ready. Bright Sunflowers and rustic details complimented the day, including their beautiful invitation suite and Emmie’s adorable cowboy boots.

Emmie’s dress was absolutely stunning and the tiny flowers in her hair complimented it perfectly.

After spending the morning getting ready, Will and Emmie met at Mount Nebo Cottage for their first look.

After most of the bicyclists had cleared away, we walked over for a few photos on the Katy Trail.

After a little time on the trail, we met Emmie and Will’s families at Les Bourgeois Vineyards. What wonderful families they have!

Despite higher that normal temperatures, Emmie and Will looked as cool as cucumbers as we ventured into the vineyards and then to the Blufftop Bisto.

The way these two look at each other is so lovely.

Both Emmie and Will looked absolutely amazing. I was especially in love with her sunflower bouquet… I wanted to take it home with me!

As the ceremony drew near, the sky was the most brilliant shade of blue.

Emmie and Will’s reception in the Blufftop Bistro had such amazing personalized and DIY details. Each table had beautiful poems placed in the center and guests left with bee-inspired favors. Love is sweet!

To wrap up an already amazing day, there was a gorgeous sunset… and donuts from Harold’s Donuts!

Congratulations Will and Emmie! May each of your days be even happier than the one that came before it.
