Liz and Eric are kind, quiet and wonderfully fun people. They met online, though neither were sure that something would come of it. Lucky enough for them, and for their friends and family, something did. The wedding was intimate and perfect. Friends and family traveled from nearby St.Louis towns and many hailed from Nebraska, where Liz and Eric make their home in Omaha.
As they finally made their way to the I Do’s you could sense all the emotion running through the crowd… love, excitement, appreciation and joy. The weather, though threatening rain all morning, broke into a perfect partly cloudy day, shining brightly as Liz and Eric kissed for the first time as husband and wife.
This group was a fun one (and apparently full of ice skaters!) and was not short on jokes or jumps!
Before I arrived, Eric and Liz warned me that they weren’t photogenic… I think the photos below would argue otherwise. It’s hard to deny how in love these two are… and how adorable they are!
The reception was full of wonderful, personal touches from Eric and Liz. Seed paper hearts, a lego cake topper, personalized centerpieces and incredibly cool garland, hung around the room. The night ended like every great night does, with great food (Thanks Psghettis and Nothing Bundt Cakes!), great music and a conga line!
Congratulations Liz and Eric!
